Please accept our sincere condolences! Your parents where one of my parents( Elmer and Margarite Werstein) good friends, as they where in the knights and chummettes together. After both my parents passed I still called your mom and we would go out for lunch. How blessed your family was to have such great parents.
Love & Prayers,

Sending love and my condolences to all the Geiger family. I have missed her so much since the last I saw her A couple days before he first fall. I brought her old photos of her family and she enjoyed reminiscing and telling stories.
I will deeply miss her. I spent a lot of time with her the last 15 years, going out for dinners and visiting in parks, celebrating Special occasions with our family and we celebrated our birthdays together. Many phone calls to talk. I am very grateful for the moments and memories that I have had with her. She taught me how to make my grandfathers fruit cake recipe. She taught me to not let any batter go to waste when baking. Always lick your fingers. I have the memories of her and Uncle Nick at Leisure Lake.
She was an amazing genuine, kind, loving, compassionate person. So grateful to have had her my life and part of our family.

Dear Geiger family: Please accept my most sincere condolences on the passing of Barb. My parents Barbara and Ernest Belanger valued the friendship and camaraderie of your parents. I recall their enjoyment of camping in MIchigan with your mom and dad. Barbara was very supportive of my dad after my mother's passing in 2004. Whenever I visited Windsor and encountered her at Parish of the Atonement she always greeted me with a warm smile and was genuinely interested in how I was doing. I so enjoyed hearing her family updates. I remember her warm voice and welcoming smile. From Marie Belanger, Toronto.

I always adored Barb, she was a class act. We always enjoyed when Nick, Barb and the boys visited us on the farm when we were kids. Our condolences on your loss.

Dear Robert, Don, Jim, Gerry and Michael and Families,
I met Barbara on the maternity ward when I was a student nurse at Hotel Dieu.
I took care of her when most of her babies were born.
Though the years, we have kept in touch mostly through notes on our Christmas cards.
I feel that I know so much about her family. She described in full detail what was going on in her life,
and how much you all meant to her, and how much she loved Nick and all her family.
You all were so good to her.
Barbara was such a caring, loving woman who will be sadly missed by many.
So deeply sorry for your loss.

Though my heart is heavy today for the loss of my Aunt Barb, I have many
wonderful memories. My niece Tanya and I would often pick her up
and take her out for supper or a picnic at the water. She loved that we always
had stories to share together....she will be greatly missed.
Blessings to all the Geiger cousins

Dear Aunt Barb:
I was born just after you turned eleven and each year on my birthday you would tell me again, how I made you an aunt and who knew that thirty more nieces and nephews would follow...you were lucky to have such a big family and we were lucky to have you.
Seven siblings and spouses, together again...does not get any better than that.
Love and hugs to you forever,
Anna

Beautiful service Geiger’s! Yes your Mom was so proud of all her boys!, Gerry has been so good to keep us posted about your Mom for the last year thank you Gerry and Michelle! Our Deb was the primary person in our Mom’s life during her last months… this is God’s Work they did, giving the rest of the family, peace of mind.
Your Mom took her role of the last living Kornacker Sibling very seriously. She always kept in touch, sharing telephone calls that would last at least an hour. She would more recently get lost, sometimes, in her memories of growing up in the Kornacker Family, the places they lived and the fond memories of being one of the youngest. Once more recently, she asked, timidly, lost in her stories, who am I talking to…., I reminded her that it was Joanne, we laughed, then she asked how Len was doing, reflecting on his journey, I will miss our chats, her stories and her affectionate support, always saying I love you as we signed off.
We are all orphans now, cousins, but with wonderful memories of our extended Kornacker Family, who will still stay in touch!
Peace be with you all
Len and Joanne

The Bob Kornacker family was so lucky to have such an amazing lady, Aunt Barb in our lives. She was the sweetest and most influential part of our family. Bob and I made sure she was at all our family gatherings, Christmas, Easter and birthdays. She brought the family traditions to life and brought the closeness of our parents to us. She endeared her self to us with many beautiful and funny memories. She generously brought the tradition of making dad‘s Christmas cake teaching us how to do it. We had hands-on fun. Aunt Barb also shared with us, passing on the family treasured family recipes. We listened and laughed about family stories and Kornacker traditions which are so important to building family life.
Our hearts are broken. We want to share with the Geiger family our sadness and our love She and Bob are smiling down on us now. Shared with love
Sharron, Tanya Larisa and John

The last of a great generation…may the end of your journey home be met with smiling faces and open arms from those who have passed before you. You always made me feel welcome and loved in your home Aunt Barb. Though it may have been many years since last we visited…you have always been in my heart, thoughts, and prayers. As Aunt Helen, your sister, would say… “ may you sleep with the Angels”
My love and prayers to all the Geiger family.
