MOORE, Ronald "Ron"
Passed away peacefully at home on June 20, 2021 surrounded by his loving family at the age of 81. Beloved husband to Adela (nee Golla) with whom he celebrated 49 years of marriage. Loving father to Glenn Moore, Rand Moore (Meaghan), Kelly Moore (Dale), Sherri Leveque, Candice Moore (Dave). Cherished Papa to Amber, Jessica, Kristen, Spencer, Kevin, Emily and Lauren. Great-Papa to Tanner and Alora. Dear brother to Cathy Moore (late John Strong), Sandy Bassett (Brian), late Linda and husband Fred Beare. Dear brother-in-law to Helen Goodfellow (Forbe), Ursula Carter, and the late Henry Golla. Ron is survived by many nieces and nephews. He retired from Chrysler Canada with over 30 years of dedicated service. Ron was a member of Unifor Local 444, the former Royal Canadian Legion on Wyandotte St. W., where he enjoyed playing darts, and a member of the Royal Canadian Air Force. He also enjoyed spending his time bowling at Crescent Lanes on Ottawa St.. His greatest pride and joy in life was his family, especially his children and grandchildren. At Ron's request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place.
