KOCAK, Jon Edward 

May 17, 1934- May 25, 2021 

It is with heavy hearts that I announce the peaceful passing of Jon at home. Beloved wife Jean, sharing 48 years of marriage. Jon was retired from the Ford Motor Co. Loving son of the late Mary and John Kocak. Son-in-law of the late Mary and Thomas Kmec. Dear brother of the late Mary and John Bires, late Helen and John Struhak, and the late Emily Martin. Brother-in-law of Anne Prodan, Larry (late Shirley) Smith, Frances (late Clarence) Ruggaber. He will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Thomas Prodan, Christopher Ruggaber, and Douglas Smith for all their help and support and to the PSW’s and nurses from Paramed. Arrangements entrusted to WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel), 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E., 519-253-7234. A private funeral mass for Jon was held on Friday, May 28, 2021, at St. Anne’s Church. Followed by interment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations directed to a charity of your choice is appreciated.
