Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, with loving family by her side, at 71 years of age. Loving wife and best friend of Tom. Proud mother of Chad (Lesley), J (Krista), and Marie (Connor). Cherished grandmother of Desiree, Faith, Michael, Peyton, Gwen, Ava, Christian, and Thomas. Survived by her sister Cheryl (Dave). Connie taught for many years with the Windsor Board of Education. At the family’s request, cremation and a private service have taken place.
