Obituary of Phillip Avram

July 14, 1933-April 5, 2021
Born in Saskatchewan.  It is with broken hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Phil on April 5, 2021, surrounded in the peace and comfort of his loving family.  Phil was a loving and devoted husband to Vera (nee Antal), for 62 years.  Beloved and cherished father to Brian, Marlene and Dan.  Loving son of the predeceased Nick and Mary Avram.  Survived by many relatives and friends.  Phil retired from Chrysler in 1990 and enjoyed 31 years of retirement.  Phil will be deeply missed, forever loved and always remembered.  A private funeral has already taken place.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Descent of the Holy Ghost, Romanian Orthodox Church (2895 Seminole St., Windsor, ON N8Y 1Y1) or to a Charity of your Choice. Many thanks and appreciation to the VON Nurses, Hospice, Provincial Pharmacy and the LIHN for their excellent care.  A special thank you to Father Nicolae Codrea for his visits, support, prayers and blessings.
