Obituary of John Polkosnik

POLKOSNIK, John December 9, 1963 - March 27, 2021 John Anthony passed away peacefully on March 27, 2021 with loving family by his side. Loving and devoted husband to Sandra (nee Cloutier)for 31 years. Cherished father to daughter Katie Valcke and husband Brian and son Andrew Polkosnik. Predeceased by his parents Walter and Rosemary Polkosnik. Dear brother of Jamie Polkosnik (Marianna), Linda Polkosnik, and Debbie Bondy(late Walter). Dear brother in law to Doreen and Tom LaSorda. John will be missed by many nephews and nieces. He will be especially missed by his furry four legged granddaughter Molly. John was a dedicated Team Leader of Chrysler Canada for 37 years and a member of Unifor Local 444. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Wednesday March 31, 2021 from 2-5pm. and 6-8 pm. Cremation to follow. Reservations are required to attend the visitation. Please call 519-253-7234 between 8:00am and 4:30pm to make a reservation. Masks are required. In lieu of flowers donations in John's memory may be made to the Hospice of Windsor.
