February 19th 1950- March 19th 2021

Frank has passed away suddenly at the age of 71 on March 19th 2021. Loving father to Franklin Liscano, Felix Liscano, and Yessenia Liscano. He will be missed by many friends and extended family. Frank was dedicated to his work at Ford’s as an electrician for 25 years. Frank was full of history and was very present with today's world , always staying informed with politics. If Frank wanted to be remembered by one thing, it was that he lived a very fulfilling and happy life. Below is one of Franks favourite quotes from The Book of Counted Sorrows.
