BIANCO, Lavia “Laura” (nee Mezzapelle) 

October 26, 1927 – March 21, 2021 

Passed away suddenly at home peacefully, on Sunday, March 21, 2021, at the age of 93. Cherished wife of the late Mariano Bianco (1990). Cara Mama of Angela (Leo) Cuzzocrea and Cristina Maceroni (son-in-law Antonio Maceroni). Loving Nonna of Sina (Joe) Macri, Claudia Maceroni, Laura Cuzzocrea, Lisa (Claudio) Franchi, Sandy (Rick) Durand, Benedetto (Zohiy) Maceroni, John (Melissa) Cuzzocrea, Lilliana Maceroni and Mariano (Anita) Maceroni. Bis Nonna L of many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Daughter of the late Vito and Crocifissa Mezzapelle (nee Galante). Sister of Graziella, Bartolo, Susanna, Antonio, Antonia, and Salvatore. Will be deeply missed by many nieces and nephews.  

The rock of our family, the one who raised us all, kept our hearts and bellies full of love.

Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., on Thursday, March 25, 2021, from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Reservations are required to attend the visitation. Please call Windsor Chapel 519-253-7234, between the hours of 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. to book your reservation. A private family service will take place on Friday, March 26.
