Obituary of Frank Sementelli

SEMENTILLI, Frank
August 28, 1949 – February 20, 2021

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Frank on February 20, 2021. Loving husband and best friend of Sally for over 50 years. Devoted and caring father of Mark (Diane) and Sandy (Peter) Geary. Proud and adoring Nonno of Gabriel, Joshua, Gigi, and Nathan. Cherished son of Felicia and the late Lorenzo. Survived by his siblings Vince (Grace) and Maria (Til) Letteri and his brother-in-law Mickey (Teresa) Gesuale. Frank will also be dearly missed by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Born in Frosinone, Italy, Frank immigrated to Montreal and later moved to Windsor when he turned 18 to pursue work. Frank retired from Chrysler Canada after 30 dedicated years.
Frank’s passion and favourite hobby was making wine not only for himself, but for every family occasion. He also loved to play music and dedicated some of his time to coaching and playing soccer.

Frank loved taking road trips, from weekend country getaways with Sally to summer vacations with the family in New York.

Nothing brought Frank more joy than spending time with his grandkids and family. He could often be seen sneaking the kids Smarties as they left to go home. His fun nature, outgoing personality, willingness to help others, and infectious smile will be greatly missed.
