MARCIANO, Luigina “Gina” (nee DeNapoli)
Born in Trenta, Cosenza Italy on August 29, 1930 passed away peacefully with family at her side on February 23, 2021 at the age of 90 years. Reunited with her Loving and devoted husband of 47 years Consolato “Rocky” (2003).
Daughter of the late Pasquale and Giovannina DeNapoli. Dear sister of late Concetta and Eduardo Miceli and surviving daughter Lori & Rob Lisi & family, Toronto, late Michele and Anna DeNapoli and surviving children Giannina & late Salvatore(2017) Gualtieri, Pat & Peggy (late Margaret 2018) DeNapoli, Peter DeNapoli, the late Ada Spadafora (Lansing, MI), Rosetta DeNapoli, and all their families. Predeceased by sister Angelina Dodaro (Santo); sister Marietta Filice (Santo); sister Carmela DeNapoli; brother Giuseppe DeNapoli (Ageta); brother Domenico DeNapoli (Mila); brother Santo DeNapoli (Lina). Special Great Aunt to Frank & Tony Gualtieri & family, Windsor.
Dear Sister-in-law of late Angela (Domenico); late Filippo (Rosa), Italy; late Antonio (2017) and surviving wife Lina and daughter Sonia & late John (2014) DeNapoli and all their families, Windsor. She will also be remembered and missed by many nieces and nephews. Long-time best friend of Bruno and Gemma Raco.
Gina was a retired dedicated employee of G.M. Trim plant. The family wishes to thank the staff at Sunrise Assisted Living for their care and compassion, especially to Delores for her comfort and friendship to Gina.
Visitation will be held at St. Angela Merici Church on Saturday February 27, 2021 from 10 am until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. There will be a live stream of the service if you would like to view, please copy and paste the following link in your browser- https://youtu.be/MZOxXxVgvfY. Private family Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Reservations are required to attend the visitation and Funeral Mass.
