Well, my old friend, this all started with your father, then Donnie and your mother and now you. Those most cherished memories of you and all the family going back to North Hatley, working all those years with you at the Hatley Inn while going to Bishops. You have taken a piece of my heart with you and yours to keep forever. It was an honour and a pleasure to have known you for so long. Thanks, again for making Burlington bearable, great fun there! My sincerest sympathies to Dorothy, Kate and Christina.....Robert Richardson

Stephen and I met David in the early 70’s. We shared so many good times in North Hatley, Pointe Claire, at our cottage. David got Steve into his first veggie garden... and now we have a hobby farm. We heated our first house with wood, because David was selling the stoves. Steve and David took a butchering course together, so Steve could do a proper job with his deer and David could make all the fancy patties. David was never short on ideas. We are so saddened by his untimely and unexpected passing. Dorothy, we only met you a few times. Please accept our condolences. Christina and Kate, you too, of course.... from the other “Aunt Nancy” and Steve Mandigo

Dorothy, I’m so sorry to hear of the passing of your dear David. I wish I had known him. He sounds like he was a wonderful person. I’m so happy that you had him in your life. I’m thinking of you dear “old” friend. Wish my hug didn’t have to be virtual. Would love to give you one of those huge Uky hugs and tell you how much I care. Sending you my love. Holly
