Obituary of Larry Blain

Passed away peacefully on November 30, 2019 at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Lynne (nee McKinnon) for 47 years. Loving father of Brian (Windsor, On) and Matthew (Chantell) of Fort Nelson B.C. Proud grandfather of Hailey, Andrew and Roylyn. Cherished son of the late Homer and Agnes (nee Hamel). Dear brother of Joan Lassaline of Calgary Alberta, and Gord (Linda). Brother-in-law of Pat Fields (late Wayne). Much loved uncle and great uncle of many. Larry was a former employee of Kelsey Hayes, Wolverine Freight and former co-owner of the Michigan Tavern. Larry was a member of the Knights of Columbus (#12494) and belonged to a senior men’s bowling league. Visitation at Our Lady of Perpetual Help on Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 11am until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 12pm. Cremation to follow. If so desired, donations in memory of Larry, may be made to Diabetes Canada, the Kidney Foundation, or to the Renal Dialysis Program (Windsor Regional Hospital) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
