Obituary of Verne Carnie

CARNIE, Verne Raymond November 21, 1962 – November 11, 2019 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Verne at WRH – Ouellette Campus (CCU) at 56 years of age. Loving son of the late Calvin Raymond (1981) & Betty Joyce (2002). Cherished fiancé of Doris Degrell (Dee). Verne leaves behind his daughter Amber-Lynn (Ryan), his sister Christine, and his grandsons Logan & Wyatt. He will also be missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins and his group of friends from Brentwood. Verne is a retiree from GM transmission plant, where he started in 1983. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Friday, November 15th from 7-9pm. Visitation to continue on Saturday, November 16 from 11am until time of chapel service at 12pm. Cremation to follow.
