Obituary of Nickolaus Balasch

BALASCH, Nickolaus “Nick” Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on November 3, 2019 at the age of 86 years. Beloved husband of Johanna for 56 years. Loving father of Henry and wife Judy and Johanna Seifarth and husband Terry. Proud Opa to James, Joseph, Matthew, Hannah. Lydia, Deborah Balasch and Garrett, Clarissa, Isaac, Braeden Seifarth. Dear brother to Matthias; Peter and wife Irmi Balasch of Austria and brother in-law of Wilhelm, Untch, John (2003) and Elisabeta Untch (2009), Regina and Frank Klein, Hilda Sterczer and the late Hans, the late Sara Untch and her late husband Daniel. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Max and Magdalena Balasch. He was a member of First Lutheran Church. Nick’s favourite things to do were “work” in his flower and vegetable gardens and fish.
