Obituary of Rosie Dora Avram (nee Cojocari)

Passed away peacefully on October 28, 2019 at the age of 90. Predeceased by her husband Pavel (2001). Beloved mother of Lee (Joan) and predeceased by her daughters Marie (Gary) (2016) & Denise (2015). Cherished Grandma of Wendy (Scott) Burke, Darcie Elmslie (Ryan), Jason (Cindy) Griffiths, Mandy (Kevin) Head, Nicole Skilton, Courtney Skilton and beloved Grandma to 13 great-grandchildren. Rosie Dora, the youngest of 18 children, is now reunited with her brothers and sisters. Rosie Dora will always be remembered for the love she served through her Romanian cooking. A special thank you to the staff at Riverside Place for their care and compassion. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E 519-253-7234 on Thursday, October 31, 2019 from 4-7p.m. Visitation continues on Friday, November 1st, 2019 from 10:00a.m. until time of Chapel Service at 11:00a.m. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens.
