Obituary of Tim Papineau

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Tim on October 22, 2019 at 48 years of age. Cherished husband and best friend of Michelle (nee Marentette) with whom he shared over 30 years of unfailing love and companionship. Loving and eternally proud father of Andrea and Tyler. Beloved son of Alphonse & Theresa (2017). Dedicated son-in-law of Norman & Theresa Marentette and the late Linda (2012). Adored brother of Chris & Tricia Papineau, Melanie & Jeff Morris, and Jaclynn & Ryan Hart. Fun- loving brother-in-law to Steven Marentette, David & Celia Marentette, and Brian & Angela Marentette. Proud uncle of Kody & Nathan Papineau, Cale & Dane Morris, and Ben & Lydia Marentette. Tim was a well-respected Captain and qualified District Chief with Windsor Fire and Rescue Services for 25 years. Tim successfully owned and operated Got-Ya Covered Shrinkwrap Inc. since 2001. He always took great pride in his work. His wife and children were his greatest joy. He treasured family vacations, camping excursions, sports events, walks, and beautiful conversations daily around the family dinner table. The love shared between them was immeasurable. Tim was always fun to be around and enjoyed every opportunity to spend time with his many cherished family and friends. He loved, and was loved, by all he knew well. We pray that this tragedy will empower others afflicted with mental health conditions, to have the strength to acknowledge their suffering openly. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234, on Sunday, October 27, 2019 from 1-4 & 7-9 p.m. Fireman’s walk through will be at 730 p.m. with parish prayers to follow at 8 p.m. Visitation will continue on Monday October 28, 2019. at Good Shepherd Parish 462 Advance Blvd. from 12:30 p.m. until time of funeral mass at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery in Comber. In kindness, memorial donations may be made to the Trust Fund of Tim's children Andrea and Tyler and would be humbly appreciated.
