I have known the Penton family since Owen was like 4-5 yrs old. We lived next door to each other on Dufferin street. My sister Maggie & I, Mark, Arlene & little Owen grew up together. Wow the memories are way to long. But my funniest one would be how thier little dog would help with bed time. Owen would not want to get into his PJ’s but that dog would pull off Owens pants . Growing up we call them Aunt Armeline & Uncle Alonzo. So we always call us cousins. So Rest In Peace cousin Owen. My heart aches . Go play your Drums really loud so we all hear you❤️ Also please give everyone up their a huge hug from me ❌⭕️❌⭕️ Huggzzz Auntie, Mark, Dana & Arlene

I knew Owen as an extremely kind and caring person with a happy go lucky personality. I may not have seen him a lot, but when I did, he always greeted me with a huge hug along with that fantastic smile of his. My Italian sister Dora and her son Angelo attended Alyvia's 1st Birthday party at Armeline's house. Angelo has a disability; and he felt SO comfortable with Owen; don't get me wrong ... Everyone made him feel comfortable and welcome, but there was just something about Owen that Angelo really liked, connected with. Owen talked to him, made him feel extremely welcome and didn't treat him as if he had a disability. Angelo and my sister Dora have never forgotten that; and when she told him about his passing, he was very sad to hear it. Anyway, I am keeping Owen and his family in my thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time, and I just want to say that I love them all. ❤️
