Obituary of Gordon Keith Simpson

Gordon Keith Simpson December 9, 1932 – January 16, 2020 Passed away peacefully with family by his side. Reunited with his parents Alfred and Ruth Simpson. Beloved husband of Elaine Simpson of 64 years. Dear father of Michael (Sonja) and Anne (Dan). Dear brother of Helen and Tony Beliveau, Gary and Judy Simpson, Marlene and the late Ken Dodds, Betty and Fred Winchester, Linda and Dave Duquette, and the late Arthur Simpson, Dolores Elliott,and Lita Gee. His loves in life were his family and his 2 grandchildren Adam Ozvald and Aaron Chapman. He was a proud member of Local 552 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and loved spending the summers at the cottage. He will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews and extended family. Would like to thank the nurses and PSW’s at the Berkshire Nursing Home for the wonderful care he received. Guests will be received by family for visitation on Sunday, January 19, 2020 2-5 p.m. & 7-9 p.m and Funeral Service on Monday, January 20, 2020 at 11 a.m. at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (11677 Tecumseh Road East, Windsor, ON. 519-253-7234) and then to Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. If you so desire, donations may be made to the Alzheimers Society.
