Joan, where do I begin? My heart is so heavy knowing you are gone. I hope you’re eating all the garlic bologna sandwiches your stomach can handle. I will never forget our last moments together, I held you hand and shared my favourite memories of you, with you. I reminded you how strong your little village of support is and how lucky you have to have such amazing daughters. You are missed dearly but your spirit truly lives on within the four walls. You’ve taught me things I wouldn’t be able to learn from school and I will forever be thankful to you for that. Prayers are to your family in this unimaginable time. Until we met again.
