Obituary of Darlene Barton

BARTON, Darlene (nee Miskimins) Darlene passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Hospice Residential Home, Windsor on July 8, 2019 at the age of 78. Beloved wife of James, with whom she celebrated 58 years of marriage. Loving mother to Mark Barton (Catherine) of St. Albert, AB, Jim Barton of New York City, and John Barton (Laura) of Detroit, MI. Cherished grandmother to Sarah, and Rachel,Leah and Alana and their mother Liana Daltoe. Dear sister to Robert Miskimins (Diane) of Midland, ON. Life-long best friend to Judy Pesce (John). At Darlene’s request cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519)253.7234 on Saturday, July 13, 2019 from 2pm until time of the Celebration of Life Service at 5pm in the Chapel. Inurnment at Lakeview Cemetery, Midland, ON at a later date.
