Obituary of Danny Mayrand

Passed away peacefully on June 21, 2019 at the age of 92. Loving husband of Cecile Hartman-Mayrand. Devoted father of Janet and husband Don Robichaud. Dedicated grandfather of Neil (Crystal) and greatgrandfather to Donald. Loving grandfather to Janelle Robichaud (Chris Masters). Danny’s extended family were a dedicated part of his life Kevin (Yvette) Hartman, Wayne (Antonella) Hartman, the late Geralyn (Rick Smith), Brenda & (Don Brunelle) and Gerry Hartman and all their caring children. Predeceased by his first wife Emma and his siblings Lena (Bruno Adam), Louis and Neil (Laura). Survived by his sister-in-law Dolores Mayrand. Also remembered by his many nieces and nephews, friends and neighbours. Danny will always be remembered for his hard work, carpentry skills, sense of humor and loyalty/ He worked at Ford Motor Company for 50 years and built Danny’s Woodworking and Danny’s Hardware Store on Tecumseh Rd. East. The family appreciated his continuous care at Hospice. In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity of your choice would be appreciated. Memorial visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East (519-253-7234) on Monday, June 24, 2019 from 12pm until Danny’s Memorial Service begins at 1pm.
