Obituary of Thaddeus Joseph Kowalski

KOWALSKI, Thaddeus Joseph “Ted” It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father and grandpa on May 19, 2019 at the age of 79. Cherished husband of Mary (Bocan-Venglar) for 34 years. Ted is survived by two daughters, Christine Kelly (Roger), Margaret Hutchinson (Glenn) and son Anthony Venglar; and his two pride and joy grandsons, Ryan Venglar and Adam Venglar (Friend Vanessa Gaspar). Loving son of the late Peter and Jenny Kowalski. Dear brother of late Edward (Maureen), late Gerald, Kristina and Chet Kowalski. Ted will be missed by his nieces, nephews and many close friends, especially Fr. Frank Murphy, Fr. Dick Cartier and Fr. Larry Brunet. Ted worked for the Diocese of London, and later for the Ford Motor Co. , retiring after 22 years of service. His hobbies were taking care of prized vehicles, especially his 1984 red Ford Ranger truck, and spending quality time with Ryan and Adam. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., 519-253-7234 on Thursday May 23, 2019 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Parish prayers Thursday at 7:30pm. Visitation will continue on Friday May 24, 2019 at Most Precious Blood Parish (1947 Meldrum Rd. at Tecumseh Rd.) from 9:30am until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30am.
