Obituary of Gail Elizabeth Griesinger

GRIESINGER, Gail Elizabeth (nee Bondy) Passed away peacefully in Windsor on May 13, 2019 in her 80th year. Predeceased by her husband William (2000). Loving mother to Mary-Beth Romanick (Clare), Leslie Griesinger (Chris Stonelake), the late Billy, and James (Robin). Cherished grandmother to Randy, and the late Chad Romanick (Sherry Corbeil Lamas), Adam, Robert, and Evan Stonelake, Eric, and Gillian Griesinger. Great grandmother to seven and Great Great grandmother to one. Gail was a member and quite active in various positions within Gateway Heirlooms Questers. She was also quite active in her card clubs. She will be fondly remembered by her many friends, especially Patt, and her “Bay girls”. The family would like to thank all of Gail’s friends and the compassionate team at Met Hospital for their care and support during her journey. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central chapel) 519-253-7234, 1700 Tecumseh Rd.E. on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at 1 p.m. in the chapel with interment to follow at Victoria Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Gail to Transition to Betterness or the Windsor Essex County Cancer Centre Foundation.
