Obituary of Aldo A. Pavan

PAVAN, Aldo A. It is with saddened hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Aldo, surrounded by his loving family on April 26, 2019 at 97 years of age. Loving husband and best friend of Alda (nee Tintinalli) with whom he shared 76 wonderful years of marriage. Reunited with his cherished children Alan, Linda and Linda Anne. Treasured and devoted Nonno of Steven (Carrie), Meighan, Krista (Jeremiah). Adored Bis Nonno of Jocelyn and Tyler. Dear brother of Dena Rudak and Velma Meconi. He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Aldo began his career as a plastering contractor with his father in 1945 after proudly serving our country in WWII in Newfoundland. In 1963, he became the proud owner of Playdium Lanes until retirement in 1980. Aldo was a lifetime member of the Giovanni Caboto Club. He will always be remembered for his kind heart and giving nature. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234 on Monday April 29, 2019 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service Tuesday April 30, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
