Obituary of Mona Youssef Bishay

BISHAY, Mona Youssef Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her husband and family, on Sunday, April 28, 2019 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada at the age of 61years. Loving wife of Mohamad Abdel-Nabi. Beloved mother of Nora Abdel-Nabi and her husband Colin Christie, Dalal and Rhonda Abdel-Nabi. Loving sister to Roger and Mary Bishay. Also lovingly remembered by her sisters in-law and their families, many nieces, nephews, cousins, the Smith family and friends in Canada, Egypt and the U.S.A. Mona was retired after having worked for ScotiaBank. The family would like to say a special Thank You to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre, Met Hospital, the Hospice of Windsor and the nurses from St. Elizabeth for their compassionate care. Visitation will take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Avenue, 519-253-7234 on Monday, April 29, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. noon. Interment to follow at Country Meadows Cemetery. A visitation will resume at the family home, 845 North Talbot Road, Windsor, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations made in memory of Mona to the Windsor Regional Cancer are welcomed and appreciated by the family.
