Obituary of Violet Marie Hooper

Passed peacefully on April 23, 2019 with her family by her side. Loving wife of the late Douglas (2004). Predeceased by her parents Bernadette & Joseph. Adored mother of Randy (Shirleigh) of Calgary, Darrell (1990), Barry (Beth). Loving step-mother of Doug (1997), Jeff (Myra), Allan, Susan, Lee & Keith. Cherished grandmother to 19 grandchildren & many great-grandchildren. Violet was a cook for many years at A&W & Zellers. Violet will be missed by many friends & family. A big thank you to Jasmin and the rest of the nursing staff on the 5th floor at Windsor Regional Hospital – Ouellette campus. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E 519-253-7234 on Friday, April 26, 2019 from 2-5pm & 7-9pm. Visitation will continue on Saturday April 27 at Our Lady of Assumption Parish – McEwan campus (711 McEwan Avenue) from 10:30am until time of Funeral Mass at 11am.
