Obituary of Nazzarena "Nina" White

Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on April 9, 2019 at the age of 93 years just one week shy of her 94th birthday. Nina will be reunited with her late husband Henry “Bud” (1996). Predeceased by her parents, Guiseppe and Teresa Testani. Loving mother of Phyllis (Tim) Samson, Daniel White, Joseph (Donna) White, and Tim (Mary Ann) White. Cherished grandma to Rebecca (Antonino) Vario, Timothy (Jeannie) Samson, Kyle (Cristina) White, and Ryan White. Adored great-grandma to Luke, Ethan, Olivia, and Christina. Dearest sister to Dominic Testani, and Rose (late Bill) Valoppi. Survived by sisters-in-law Janette (George) White and Faye (Jim) White. Nina will be sadly missed by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. The family would like to extend a thank you to the nurses and staff of WRH – Met Campus 5th and 6th floor for their care and compassion during mom’s stay. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd E 519.253.7234 on Sunday, April 14, 2019 from 3-5 & 7-9pm. Parish and CWL Prayers at 4:30pm. Visitation will continue Monday, April 15, 2019 at Corpus Christi Parish (1400 Cabana Rd. W.) from 9:30am until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30am. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
