Obituary of Zdravko Kuharic
<br/>With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Zdravko on December 4, 2020. Born in Croatia on August 27, 1934. Dear husband of 58 years to wife Barica (Beketic). Loving Tata to Lerka (Randy), Mike, Tony (Jen) and Maria. Cherished dida to Taylor, Avery and Alexandra. Sadly missed by extended relatives George Gojtan and family, Mike Beketic and family, Flajnik family and Kuma and family of Chicago. Survived by a large family of brothers and sisters in Croatia as well as extended family. Zdravko was a hardworking man who immigrated to Canada in 1969 to provide a better life for his family. He was a longtime worker at Chrysler and retired after 28 years of service. We will remember him as a man of strong faith, culture, a love for music, his generosity and kindness and mostly his value and love of family that truly was his happiness. The family would like to sincerely thank Dr. Laura Voltic for all the years of compassionate care. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) on Tuesday December 8, 2020 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Parish prayers at 4:30pm. Funeral service from the funeral home on Wednesday December 9, 2020 at 9:15 am to St Francis of Assisi Croatian Catholic Church (1701 Turner Rd) for Funeral Mass at 10 am. Private interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens. Reservations are required to attend the visitation and funeral Mass. Please call Windsor Chapel at 519.253.7234 between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm to book your time spot. Masks must be worn at all times while in the funeral home, church and cemetery.
