Obituary of Pearl Clara Walsh
It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Pearl on February 4, 2019 just shy of her 87th birthday. Reunited with her husband James with whom she shared 64 years of marriage and her parents Henry and Rose Langlois. Cherished mother of the late Jim (late Laurie) Walsh, Karen (Bob) Martyniuk, John (Michelle) Walsh, Shelly (Marty) Walsh and Pamela (Tim) Wigle. Mother-in-law of the late Dan Borri. Dear grandmother of Justin (Diane) Walsh, the late Jeffry Martyniuk, Thomas (Denisse) Walsh, Jennifer (Dom) Ming, Colin Borri, Karly Wigle, Nicholas Borri and great-grandmother of Shyana Storm, Logan Walsh, Alexandra Martyniuk, Sydney Ming and Joey Ming. Dear sister of the late Rose Kennedy and late husband John, late Maurice Langlois and late wife Theresa, Delores Cowper and late husband Allan, late Lawrence Langlois and late wife Delia, the late Clarence Langlois and late wife Stella, the late Percy Langlois and late wife Lena, the late Donald Langlois and late wife Helen, the late Laura Gardiner, the late Florence Curriere and late husband Victor, late Theresa Fehrenbach and late husband Don. Pearl will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Pearl will always be remembered for her love of Taoist Tai Chi, the many friendships she made and her devotion to the Catholic Church. Above all, her unwavering love and support to her family will never be forgotten. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234 on Monday February 11, 2019 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Prayers Monday at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will continue at Most Precious Blood Church (1947 Meldrum Road) on Tuesday February 12, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Alphonsus Cemetery. In memory of Pearl, memorial donations may be made to The Windsor Essex Cancer Centre Foundation.
