Obituary of Pauline Craik (nee Cushion)

CRAIK, Pauline (nee Cushion) With a heavy heart we announce the peaceful passing of Pauline on February 4, 2019 at the age of 77. Predeceased by parents John & Lily Cushion. Beloved wife of Tom Craik for 53 years. Loving mother of Paul (2013) and mother-in-law of Julie. Loving Grandmother to Raena and Quincy Craik. Dearest sister to Ann and husband Bruno Niederer, Ena and husband Ken Lee & predeceased by her brother John. Loving Sister-in-law to Margaret and Jim Gordon. Dearest friend to Wilma and Hugh McCann. Pauline will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Pauline battled with Dementia over the last few years. Pauline enjoyed being a grandmother to her 2 grandchildren, dancing, and music. Pauline was an excellent cook and loved to spend time with her friends and family. A very special thank you to all the staff at Banwell Gardens for their kindness, compassion and the exceptional care of Pauline. Visitation will take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Road E, 519-253-7234 on Friday, February 15, 2019 from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday February 16th at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
