Obituary of Robert Girard

GIRARD, Robert Born August 24, 1955 and passed away peacefully on January 29, 2019 at home. Predeceased by his parents Clarence and Phyllis. Loving father of Amanda (Rob) and Megan (Rob). Cherished grandad of Miller, Killian and a baby girl on the way. Dear brother of Catherine (Leonard 1999), and Mary Beth (John). Predeceased by his brothers Ted (Joan), Pat (Sue), Bill (the late Debbie), Donny and Paul. Robert will be dearly missed by his special niece Sue (Barry), and many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. A special thank you to his NP Filomena and the team at St. Elizabeth's Home Care for all of your care and compassion with Robert. Robert was very passionate about the Our Lady of Fatima Organization, he was an avid scrabble player and he will be missed by his furry friend, Oscar. Visiting at WINDSOR CHAPEL (1700 Tecumseh Rd. E, 519-253-7234, on Thursday, January 31, 2019 from 6-9 p.m. Further visiting will be held at Sacred Heart Church, 219 Sacred Heart Dr, LaSalle, on Friday, February 1, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
