Obituary of Marija Maric

Passed away peacefully on January 25, 2019, at the age of 95. Loving sister of the late Marko Bacic (1993). Dear aunt of Stoja Zurak & family of Toronto, and the late Ilija Bacic, late Tomo Bacic, late John Bacic & their families. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in Croatia and Australia. Marija was a retired employee of Windsor Regional Hospital in the housekeeping department. She was a faithful and longtime member of St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Catholic Church. A heartfelt thank you to the staff at Berkshire Care Centre for the care and compassion shown to Marija. Visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 from 9am. until 10:30 am. then to St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Catholic Church for Funeral Mass at 11 am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
