Dear Joe and Family, It was my profound pleasure to work closely with Bertha in her last few years before her retirement. We had so much fun together, and she loved talking about all of you. How special it was for Bertha to have Kalie work at the Ministry for a while - she made her Grandma so proud! The world is now a smaller place, but I take solace that she is reunited with Karen.
