Obituary of Gaspare Barresi

Passed away peacefully at the age of 90 years, with his loving family by his side. Loving husband of Giuseppa (nee Rubino) with whom he shared 66 years of marriage. Cherished and devoted father of Silvio Barresi and wife Clara, Gaspare Barresi and wife Francesca and Mario Barresi and wife Barbara. Loved Nonno of Christopher Barresi and wife Dana, Tania Heard and husband Chris, Michael David Barresi and wife Angela, Bryan Anthony Barresi, Adam Barresi and Vanessa Barresi. Bis Nonno of Christopher, Nina, Gus, Luca and Amelia. Dear brother of the late Vitina and late husband Alessandro, the late Antonietta and husband Angelo, Pina and late husband Lorenzo and brother-in-law of Gina Latona and late husband Giuseppe, Vincenza Romano and late husband Giovanni, Frank Rubino and wife Dorina and the late Rocco Rubino and late wife Giuseppina. He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Avenue, 519-253-7234 on Thursday November 29, 2018 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Prayers Thursday at 8:00 p.m. On Friday November 30, 2018, Relatives and friends are invited to meet directly at St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
