Obituary of Orville Frank Mackey

Mackey, Orville F.December 16, 1930 to November 19, 2018Beloved husband of Helen, who he was happily married to for 65 years. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Orv was a past Commodore of the Windsor Yacht Club (1997).He became a member of The Engineering Society of Detroit in 1965 and worked for the Chrysler Corporation on both sides of the border. Orv was an avid boater and member of the Windsor Yacht Club since 1979.He had a great sense of humour and always enjoyed having a great time at family gatherings and was a host for many. The family would like to extend a thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff of 4th floor of Windsor Regional Hospital " Met Campus. Memorial visiting will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd E 519.253.7234 on Friday, November 23, 2018 from 3-5 and 7-9pm. A Graveside Service at St. Alphonsus Cemetery (Ottawa St near Howard Ave) will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 10am.
