Obituary of Jake Andrew Mastromattei

MASTROMATTEI, Jake Andrew It is with broken hearts that Kelly Parent, Andy and Dillon Mastromattei announce the sudden passing of Jake, our beloved son , big brother, grandson and nephew on November 10, 2018 at the age of 23. Cherished son to Kelly Parent (Mike) and Andy Mastromattei. "Big Brother" to Dillon Mastromattei. Forever loved grandson to Maria and Gennaro (2005) Mastromattei, and Carol and Carl (1999) Parent. Loving nephew to Kimmie, Karen, Kathy (Jimmie), Colleen (Jeremy), Linda (Bruno) Cinat and Tom (Debbie) Mastromattei. Jake will be sadly missed by his cousins; Melissa, Bianca, Brandon, Julia, Joshua, Brooke, Noah, C.J., Grayson, and will be missed by his furry friend Molly. Jake was a graduate of Holy Names High School. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E 519-253-7234 on Thursday November 15, 2018 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Parish prayers at 7:30pm. Funeral Service on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 10am from the funeral home in procession to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church (804 Grand Marais Road East) for Funeral Mass at 11am. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy and to honour Jake's life, memorial donations may be made to the Windsor/Essex County Humane Society.
