Obituary of Thomas Ernest Maxwell

MAXWELL, ThomasDecember 5, 1945-November 7, 2018It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a beloved husband, father , grandfather, brother and friend. Survived by his loving wife Leona. Loving father to Stephanie and James. Amazing Papa to Seth and Blake. Big brother to Rob (Allison). Dear brother in-law to Rita and Maryanne. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Agnes and John, brother John, grandson Addison and many brothers and sisters in-law. Tom had a passion for golf and will be missed by many of his golf buddies at Fox Glen and Seven Lakes. He also loved snow birding in Arizona and will be greatly missed by all his friends that he made in Arizona in the last 12 years. Formerly employed for 17 years at Bendix and was retired from General Motors. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of Windsor and Essex County would be greatly appreciated. Visiting will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Road E 519-253-7234 on Friday, November 9, 2018 from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place in the Chapel on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
