Obituary of Agnese Louisa Pupulin

It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved, beautiful mother on October 17, 2018, at Windsor Regional Hospital. Mom was born in San Vito al Tagliamento on October 13, 1924 and immigrated to Canada with her daughter in October, 1950 to join her husband. She was the daughter of Gino (1969) and Maria (1995) Fogolin and pre-deceased by her brothers, Mario and Elio. She was the cherished wife of the late Danilo (1988), mother of Irma (Corrado Chiarcos), Eni (Maurice Pressacco) and Dennis (Cathy). Mom so loved her six grandchildren; Gregory (Margaret), Robert (Doris), Richard (Shannon), Steven (Wendy), Mark (Jenna), Lotus and fianc" Jake Burke. Nonna Niese always had a sparkle in her eye when she saw her ten great-grandchildren; Julia, Daniel, Sara, Ella, Erica, Nicholas, Winnie, Scarlett, Siena and Alessia. Dear sister-in-law of Aurelio (Elena) Pupulin, Egidia (Pietro) Zanon, Grazia Pupulin and pre-deceased by Remigio (Zelinda) Pupulin, Feruccio Pupulin and Elio (Vilma) Pupulin. Many nieces and nephews survive. Dear cousin of Valerio and Giannina Clozza. Mom devoted her life to her beloved husband and her children. Her home and garden were always kept to perfection. Mom"s passion for cooking was passed on to her children and grandchildren. Her cross-stitch pieces were a work of art. She gave herself completely to her family and has shown us, by example, the meaning of selflessness. She was a member of the G. Caboto Club Ladies Auxiliary. Special thanks to the nursing staff of WRH 6 North for their care and compassion over these last six weeks. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Road East 519-253-7234 on Friday, October 19, 2018 from 3-5pm and from 7-8:30pm. A Funeral Service to take place on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 10am from the funeral home going in procession to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish (804 Grand Marais Rd E, ) for Funeral Mass at 11am.
