PERKINS, John C. It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our John on August 30, 2018 at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Peggy for 37 yrs. Dear dad to Dawn (Alan) Furmanek and JD Perkins. Cherished grandpa of Branden, Jarod, Ty and great grandpa to Lily. Loving companion to his dog Toby.
