Obituary of Loreta Pullo

With her sons at her side, Loreta entered into eternal peace on August 23, 2018, in London, Ontario at the age of 87. Born in Ceprano, Italy to Francesco and Rosa (nee Marinelli). Loreta immigrated to Windsor, Canada in 1966 with her husband and children. She was dedicated to her family, and reminded them always how much they were loved. Devoted wife to the late Guerrino ( 2015). Proud mother of Mario (Cristina) and Livio (Florence). Predeceased by her adoring brothers Mario (Elena), Sante (Amelia) and Giuseppe (Lina), and cherished sisters Liliana Gallina (Rocco), Teresa Carducci (Cataldo) and Maria Vona (Arduino). Survived by her sister-in-law Domenica Recine (Mario) of New York. Cara Nonna of Claudio (Rosarina), Laura Zuech (Dario), Daniel (Jenna) and Jessica Berthiaume (Daryl). She will be fondly remembered by her great grandchildren Luca, Noah, Matteo, Elisa, Vincent and Philip. Her legacy of nurturing and love is imprinted on the hearts of many nieces and nephews in Canada, USA and Italy. A heartfelt thank you to the staff of Dolce Vita and CCAC for the care provided to Loreta over the past two years, and to the ICU personnel at University Hospital for their compassionate support in her final days. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234, on Tuesday, August 28 2018 from 2-5 and 7-9 pm. Parish prayers at 4:30 pm. Funeral Service on Wednesday, August 29 2018 at 8:45 am. from the Funeral Home, then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
