Dec 28, 1930 " August 7, 2018 It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of the best husband and father. Cherished husband of Adele of 62 years, adored father of Giuseppina (Douglas Holland), Maria Teresa (Roger Renaud) and Angela Di Stefano. Proud nonno of Rosanna Belcastro (pd. 1987), Matteo (Bridget) Bruzzese, Gabriel (Stephanie) Bruzzese, Jessica Giorgi, Savahanna Bruzzese, Michaela Olivito and Olivia Holland. Bisnonno to Jordan Bruzzese. Americo will be deeply missed by his family and friends near and far. Aside from his family, he was passionate about his garden, wine-making and finishing concrete with Manzzacco Construction. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Ave. 519.253.7234. on Thursday, August 9, 2018 from 4-9pm. Parish prayers at 4:30pm. Funeral services will begin on Friday, August 10, 2018 at 8:30am at the funeral home with procession to St. Angela Merici Church (980 Louis Ave) for the Funeral Mass at 9:30am. Entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Donations may be made to Diabetes Canada or to the Parkinson's Foundation. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to Dolce Vita Retirement Home and their staff for the exceptional care and compassion Americo received during his time there.
