Obituary of Rita Oliverio

OLIVERIO, RitaOn the wings of love, Rita has gone to be with the Lord on July 14, 2018. Welcoming her with open arms are her beloved husband Giovanni (1994) and her daughter Maria Romano (1988). Left to mourn and miss her deeply are her devoted sons with their spouses Salvatore & Mary-Jane, Rosario & Rosemary, Serafino & Rosalba, Peter & Vicky, Leonardo, Luigi & Lori and her daughter Antonietta Ferrarelli (Luigi 2010). Rita was a proud nonna of 19 grandchildren and bis-nonna of 10 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234 on Monday, July 16, 2018 from 5-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 8:45 a.m. from the funeral home then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family would like to thank the staff at Extendicare Tecumseh for the many years of incredible care given to Rita. Thank you for always treating her with dignity and respect.
