Obituary of William Bain

Bill was born in Sydney, Nova Scotia and moved to Windsor in 1964. He passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side. Beloved husband to Inez Bain, with whom he shared 53 years of marriage. Devoted father to Lois and Eric (Nicole). Cherished grandfather to J. J. , Makayla, Nolan and Emmitt. Predeceased by his parents William and Louise. Bill was a long-time member of Grace Baptist Church, a Chrysler retiree and a proud U.S. Army veteran. He was also well-loved in his neighbourhood and will truly be missed by all who knew him. Bill"s family would like to thank Dr. Dhar and the nurses in the E.R. and I.C.U. at MET hospital for their outstanding care. Friends will be received at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 1700 Tecumseh Road East 519-253-7234 on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Visitation will continue on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 10am until the Funeral Service at 11am at Windsor Chapel. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Grace Baptist Church Building Fund or Transition to Betterness at Windsor Regional Hospital.
