CARDINAL-Omer JosephIt is with great sadness we announce the passing of Omer on June 11, 2018 at the age of 86 years. Predeceased by his first wife Geraldine (nee Sisco) (1990). Loving husband of Barbara. Loving father of Joe (Sue) Cardinal , Anna (Arthur) Magri. Dearest grandfather of Christian , Nataline , Jordan Cardinal, Jennifer (Grant) Bourdeau, Alanna Magri. Very special grandpa sir to Michael and Ava Bourdeau. He will be sadly missed by 3 Step-children, 5 Step-grandchildren and 6 Great Step-grandchildren. Dear son of the late Donat & Amanda Cardinal. Predeceased by sisters Carmen, Helen, Blanche, Claire and brothers Eugene and Roland. He will be sadly by many neices and nephews. His retirement was filled with enjoying golfing, dancing and playing cards. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Ave 519-253-7234 on Wednesday June 13, 2018 , from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. Parish prayers at 4:30pm. Family and friends will gather at Mt. Carmel Church (4401 Mt.Royal Drive) on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 9:30am for visitation until time of the Funeral Mass at 10:30am. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
