Obituary of Goran Poljak

It is with saddened hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Goran surrounded by his family. on June 8, 2018 at 68 years of age. Loving husband of Dragica with whom he shared 42 years of marriage. Goran was extremely proud of his sons Ognjen Poljak and wife Cristina and Borisa Poljak and wife Marina. Much loved Deda of Victoria, Matija and Filipa. Dear brother of Ankica Simovic and Nebojsa Poljak. He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and other extended family in Canada, and across former Yugoslavia. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Avenue, 519-253-7234 on Tuesday June 12, 2018 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Prayers at 8:00 p.m. Visitation will continue at St. Petka Serbian Orthodox Church (1501 Lakeshore Rd 203) on Wednesday June 13, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
