Obituary of Robert John Clifford

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Bob, surrounded by his family, on June 3, 2018 at the age of 76. Cherished husband to the late Janet with whom he shared 53 years of marriage. Loving dad to Jean and husband Bob Northwood, Jane and husband James Hall, and JoAnn and husband Al Daxner. Proud and devoted Papa to Lynne (Bryan), Jessica (Stacey), James (Stephanie), Courtney (Matt), Christopher, Jamee, and Matthew and Great- Papa to 8 great-grandchildren. Bob will be missed by his furry companion, Daisy. Dear brother to Dan (Mae) and Jo-Ann (Kelly) Robinson. Bob was loved by all his many nieces and nephews, and many friends. Bob enjoyed several years of retirement after spending 40 years at Ford Canada. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Road East 519-253-7234 on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 from 6pm " 8pm. A memorial service will take place in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 11am. He will be laid to rest with his dear wife Janet at Heavenly Rest Cemetery immediately following his memorial service. In memory of Bob and Janet, memorial donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
