Obituary of Elizabeth Rose Stroesser

It is with great sorrow that we announce Liz"s passing after a brief illness on May 30, 2018 at the age of 80. She will be missed dearly by her life-long partner and husband Norman and her devoted children Randy (Dawn), Darlene (Jerry) Matthews, Cindy (Greg) Pancheshan and the late Curtis Stroesser. Cherished Nanny of Christopher (Erin), Kevin (Mona), Tasha, Nicholas (Marie-Eve), Kimberly (Scott), Amanda (Ryan), Alex, Mitch (Alyssa), Michael, Hannah (Ian) and great grandmother of Aidan, Josh, Dylan, Emilio and Carmine. Liz was predeceased by her 4 sisters, a brother and is survived by her other two brothers as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family across Canada. She will be remembered for her love of family and her joy of playing Euchre and will be missed by the members of her Tuesday and Thursday Card Clubs. Memorial visitation will take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E 519-253-7234 on Friday, June 1, 2018 from 6-9pm. A Memorial Ceremony will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Sat, June 2, 2018 at 10:30am. A private family inurnment will follow.
