Obituary of Velma Gertrude Hodare

HODARE, Velma (nee Malott)Passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on May 19, 2018 at 98 years of age. Dear wife the late Joseph Hodare (1976) and Claude St. John (2003). Proud mother of Richard (Darlene), Donald, Gordon (Louann), Joseph, and Alan (Michele). Loving grandmother of Cheryl, Patricia (2001), Diane, Richard, Alana, Brian, David, Susan, Christopher, Michael, Jamie, James, Jeremy, Aaron, and Ryan. Will also be missed by many great and great-great grandchildren. The special care shown to Velma from the caring staff of Metropolitan 7 North and Brouillette Manor will never be forgotten. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Avenue 519-253-7234 on Thursday, May 24, 2018 from 2-4 pm and 7-9pm. Parish prayers at 3:30 pm. Visiting to continue on Friday, May 25, 2018 from 9:30 am until time of Funeral Mass at 10 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church (804 Grand Marais Rd. E.).
