Obituary of Ethel Lukanyi

LUKANYI, Ethel (Nee Fazekas) Passed away peacefully on Friday, May 18, 2018 at 95 years of age. Predeceased by loving husband Julius on October 2, 1997, parents, Andrew and Veronica Fazekas, sisters Helen, Madeline and Katicsa. Survived by loving sister Irene, brother Albert and wife Sandy, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and relatives in Hungary and Germany. Visiting at WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Ave. 519-253-7234 on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 from 3-5pm and 7-9 pm. Parish prayers at 4:30 pm. On Thursday, May 24, 2018 friends will be received for visitation at Corpus Christi Church (1400 Cabana Rd. W) from 9:30 am until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 am. Interment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Corpus Christi Building Fund, Alzheimer"s Society of Windsor-Essex or Hospice of Windsor would be greatly appreciated.
