Di Carlo, Teresa (nee Fata)March 9, 1938 " May 18, 2018 Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at 80 years of age. Reunited with her beloved husband of 55 years Ersilio. Loving mother of Lia (Mark) Langlois and Joe (Maria) Di Carlo. Dearly beloved Nonna of the late Christopher (1987), Sara, Teresa, Diandra, Daniel and Christina. Predeceased by her parents Francesco and Filomena Fata. Dear sister and sister-in-law to many. Dearest Zia of many nieces and nephews. For those who knew her well, knew of her love for her family...especially her grandchildren. Friends and family were always welcome at her home which she took great pride in maintaining to her high standards. She thoroughly enjoyed her visits to Caesars Windsor. The family wishes to thank Dr. Aoun, Dr. Freman, Dr. Berecz and the staff at Hotel Dieu " Grace Healthcare as well as the numerous CCAC health care workers that cared for our mother.Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East 519-253-7234 on Monday. May 21, 2018 from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Prayers at 4:30 pm. Friends and family are requested to meet directly at St. Angela Merici Church (980 Louis Avenue) on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 for Funeral Mass at 9:30 am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
